The Nobis Complex serves as our home base, featuring a total of 25 apartments and rooms. Active since 2011, it remains one of the most sought-after residential complexes in Tirana. Within the complex is a unique wellness center, the only one of its kind in Albania. An equipped park with stunning views of the lake, combined with its proximity to the vibrant Bloku nightlife district, makes this location ideal for seamlessly blending work, sports, and leisure.
LAKE VIEW COMPLEX - Tirana
The Lake View Complex in Tirana is the largest of its kind. Located just a few minutes' walk from the Nobis Complex, it sits directly across from the Big Lake and the National Park of Tirana. This expansive development will feature residences, offices, shops, parking, restaurants, clubs, sports facilities, recreational activities, and more.
