THE ROOMS in Tirana: 

• Car Parking Spaces available on request under the extra cost 14,00€/night or 7,00€/night for direct booking. They are located into the garage area under the buildings. The access to the apartments is directly from parking with the elevator. This extra service can be added directly at the moment of reservation on our website or required separately, the cost will be added on the apartment bill. 

THE ROOMS - Berat: 

• The Apartment in Berat have not a private parking space also because it is located in a small pedestrian street in the city center. It is however possible to park in public parking spaces a few tens of meters from the apartment.

Airport Transfer Service is available on request. Our driver will be waiting for you at the Tirana Airport arrivals area with a sign written your surname on it.  

Kindly inform us regarding your flight details (flight data, time & date). 

Transfer costs 28,00€. The cost will be added on the apartment bill.

In Nobis Complex, Breakfast is provided on request with an extra cost of 8,00€/person per day. This service is offered in collaboration with Toni's bar restaurant on the 0 floor of the building.

THE ROOMS Staff will be happy to welcome in all the apartments you and your 4 legged friends.   

Conditions:  

• Well behaved small or medium sized pets are allowed.  
• The presence of Pets have to be communicated at the time of reservation and approved by the Staff.  
• Pets owner are responsible for any damage that the latter may cause to the apartment, to common areas, to people. It is recommended to accompany Pets outside the complex for the fulfillment of their physical needs, to collect their excrements and throw them in the public bins. 

Welcome Kit for Small or Medium size Pet is available at THE ROOMS under request. This extra service can be added directly at the moment of reservation on our website or required separately to the Staff, the cost will be added on the apartment bill. 

Our Guests in Tirana can enjoy the WELLNESS CENTER under an extra cost added on apartment bill, some example:

The Wellness Center is not part of the THE ROOMS Group. THE ROOMS offers the Wellness Center services to its Guests on the basis of an agreement with the Wellness Center property. Even if  THE ROOMS Staff constantly monitors the quality of the structure and the services offered, THE ROOMS is not responsible for what may happen to its Guests within the Wellness Center and for the quality of the services received. 

Assistance during reservation and during your stay at THE ROOMS is guaranted 24 Hours per day by the Guest Care Manager Jorida and her staff.

Cleaning are provide 2/3 times in a week beetwen 10:00 and 14:00, different day and time can be shedul on guest request.   

The service include:

• Manutencion if needed.
